Happy Wednesday, friends! Can anyone else believe how quickly August has flown by? With each week that passes by we get a little bit closer to the release of the Starbucks fall drinks and pumpkin spice donuts…I’m not excited or anything, though;) It’s never too early to start stocking up on fall basics, so today I wanted to share a few fall basics that are must-haves for the best season of the year!

1. Long Sweaters- I am guilty of wearing these more days than not during the fall/winter, and the long length makes them perfect (and flattering) for throwing on over leggings or jeans. Not to mention, they are so cozy! Burgundy will always be one of my favorite colors for fall.

2. Basic White Tee- With all of those sweaters, you’re going to need the perfect white tee to layer underneath! This Free People is hands down my favorite white v-neck. It’s long in the back, flowy, so soft and perfect for tucking-in in the front. Now, I just need a plaid blanket scarf to layer on top!

3. Dainty Necklaces- One of my favorite fall accessory trends is the Y-necklace. I love layering dainty jewelry, and this one is  the perfect finishing touch to all of your sweaters & tees. I just love it so much (& it’s only $24!)

4. Booties- This one is a given… you can’t live without booties in the fall! I bought these Rag & Bone booties during the Anniversary Sale, and while they are a splurge, they are probably my favorite booties I’ve ever owned (so comfy!) I also love these that are $120 and these. Both are very similar and under $200!

I am starting to plan out upcoming fall posts, so if you have any thoughts/suggestions, or anything you’d like to see, I would love to hear! Thank you all for stopping by!
